Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and execution of product strategy, aligning with organizational goals and customer needs.
• ​Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into clear, actionable tasks to support effective product development.
• Maintain active communication with stakeholders and manage their expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of products.
• Ensure consideration of product risks, regulatory requirements, and internal compliance policies; maintain alignment with relevant standards and frameworks.
• Focus on enhancing the customer experience by delivering solutions that improve client satisfaction and drive business efficiency.

Qualifications Required:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred);
Work Experience: 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services;
Languages: Fluent in Georgian and English languages;
Technical Skills: Knowledge of APIs, core banking systems, data flows, and enterprise architecture.
